Deleting a client
How to request the permanent deletion of a client from your firm.
Client deletion cannot be done in the portal. To delete a client from your firm, you will need to submit a request to Zato support. This action is permanent and removes the client along with all associated data.
How to request a client deletion
Send an email to support@zatoplatform.com with the following information:
CA firm name
Client name
Number of jobs associated with the client
Names of those jobs
Zato support will action the request manually.
Client deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All client information will be removed, along with every job associated with that client. This includes uploaded data, automation results, workpapers, approvals, and sign-offs across those jobs. Make sure deletion is correct before submitting the request.
