How roles work
Every person on your team is assigned a role when their account is created. Their role determines what they can see and do across the platform.

One Admin per firm only
A single job can be assigned to multiple Managers for collaborative review
Admin is a configuration role β it cannot process or review any jobs

Assigning Director level to someone who should not have sign-off authority
