Why the Run Zato button is greyed out
Conditions that prevent the Run Zato button from being clickable and how to enable it.
The Run Zato button only becomes active when all prerequisites for automation are met. If it is greyed out, one of the following is incomplete.
1. Trial Balance (TB) not uploaded
The TB is the trigger that activates Run Zato. Upload it via Data Sources (Ledger) in CSV or XLSX format. The button will activate as soon as the TB is successfully saved.
2. Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping incomplete
If accounts remain in the Unmapped tab, automation cannot run. Map every account to a Zato parent before proceeding.
3. Job Setup steps not finished
All three Job Setup steps must be complete: questionnaire review, CoA mapping, and data sources. Click the Gear Icon on the job to verify each step shows as complete.
4. Job already running
If automation is already in progress on the same job, the button will be temporarily disabled. Wait for the current run to finish.
5. Permissions
Your role may not include permission to run automation. Check with your firm administrator if you believe you should have access.
