Command Centre overview

An overview of the Command Centre, query types by role, and how Brief Notes work.

The Command Centre is the firm's communication hub. Every internal and client-facing query is traceable and resolvable from here. Open it from the top navigation bar.

Query types by role

Brief notes

Available before automation runs. Directors or Managers add short notes describing engagement aspects or focus areas.

Dashboard tabs

Five tabs at the top right: All Queries, Internal Queries, Batch Queries, Review Points, Client Queries. Each shows the count.

Filters

Search Query (free text), Workpapers, Others, Client (default shows the active client), Select Job, Select Source. Click Query / Review + to raise a new query, or check the Ignore count for queries set to ignore status.

Query card

Each card shows the query title, Client / Job / Financial Year (FY) context, status tag (Query or Review), date, source tag (e.g. Workpaper, Miscellaneous), account or workpaper area, visibility tag (Internal lock icon, or Batch), and a Tag button. Use the expand arrow to open the full thread.

Click Command Centre in the top navigation bar.
