How to remove a line item from a workpaper

How to delete a line item from a workpaper that should not be there.

If a workpaper contains a line item that should not be there, you can remove it directly.

Steps

  1. Go to the workpaper and click the Edit tab.
  2. Locate the line item you want to remove.
  3. On the far right of the line, click the Delete icon.
  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Deleting a line item only affects the workpaper within Zato. It does not modify any data in your accounting system. If you accidentally delete a line, you can re-add it using the steps in How to add or edit line items in a workpaper.
