Managing Your Profile & Notifications

Your profile menu, at the bottom left of the portal, is where you manage your own account, notification preferences, and locale settings, and switch between organisations or portals where you have access to more than one.

Selecting your name opens a menu with six options: My profile, Settings, Localization Demo, Switch organization, Switch portal, and Logout.

My Profile

Shows account details, sign-in method, and access level: Profile photo (uploadable, up to 350 KB, changes save instantly), Email, Portal, Role, Firm, Sign-in method, and Access Level. A Reset password button sits under a Security heading at the bottom of the page.

Settings

Currently holds Notifications. A Pause all notification emails toggle stops every notification email at once; in-app alerts keep working regardless, and security and account emails are always sent and cannot be paused.

Each of the following categories has its own Email and In-App toggle: Jobs & status, Reviews & sign-off, Reports, Questionnaires, Client queries, Integrations & sync, Workpapers & automation, Clients, and Team & account.

Switch organization

Moves between different organisations the account has access to.

Switch portal

Moves between different portal contexts the account has access to.

Logout

Signs out of the current session.
