Zato provides built-in roles aligned with standard accounting firm structures. Each role is designed to ensure secure, well-governed workflows.
Key rules
- A firm can have multiple Directors, multiple Managers, and multiple Accountants.
- The Admin role is restricted to one user per firm.
- Each user is assigned a level-based role — permissions are enforced accordingly.
- A single job can be assigned to multiple Managers for collaborative review.
