Zato support & raising tickets

How to access the Zato support team and submit a support ticket from within the platform.

Support is available directly within the Zato portal from every screen.

Accessing support

Click the ? (Help) icon located at the bottom-right corner of any screen. Select Zato Support to access help resources, or select Feedback to provide enhancement suggestions.

Raising a support ticket

  1. Click the ? icon and select Zato Support.
  2. You will be navigated to Ticket Management.
  3. Click Create Ticket.
  4. Enter: Subject Line, Description of the problem, and attach supporting screenshots or files if needed.
  5. Click Create to submit.

The Zato Support team will review the request and respond within 8–9 business hours.
