Every Foundation 50 firm nominates one champion — the person who leads your firm's Zato experience during the programme and beyond.
What the champion does
- Leads your firm's day-to-day use of Zato during the programme
- Bridges the programme and the rest of your team
- Represents your firm in the Foundation 50 Circles
- Drives adoption across the practice at full rollout
Who makes a good champion
A director, partner, senior manager, or senior accountant. Someone who is innovative, curious, and credible enough to influence how the rest of the firm works. It does not need to be the most technical person — it needs to be the right person.
