Client Portal — dashboard, questionnaires & queries

How clients navigate the dashboard, complete questionnaires, respond to queries, and track their status.

The Client Portal dashboard focuses on three core workflows: Annual Questionnaires, Queries, and Document Signing. Dynamic panels show real-time counts and statuses. Clicking any metric takes you to a detailed list.

Annual questionnaires panel

  • Total Entities: Number of business entities registered.
  • Total Questionnaires: Combined questionnaires issued.
  • Pending: Tasks not yet started.
  • In Progress: Partially completed questionnaires.
  • Completion Progress: Visual bar showing overall progress.

Completing a questionnaire

  1. Click the pen icon under Actions for your entity.
  2. Answer all questions — Yes/No questions are mandatory.
  3. Use Previous to review earlier sections if needed.
  4. Click Upload Additional Files to attach supporting documents.
  5. Click Next to proceed to the Declaration page (available only once all Yes/No answers are complete).
  6. Tick the Declaration checkbox.
  7. Enter your Full Name — a digital signature is generated automatically.
  8. Click Submit.

Responding to queries

  1. Navigate to Queries and select Pending Queries.
  2. Click the Pen Icon under Actions to open the response.
  3. Enter your response in the text box.
  4. Attach supporting documents (receipts, working papers) if needed.
  5. Click Submit to send the response back to your firm.

Query overview panel

  • All Queries: Total across all entities.
  • Pending Queries: Awaiting your response.
  • Resolved Queries: Reviewed and closed by the practice.
  • Alerts: Notifications for items outstanding more than 15 days or new queries this week.
