Junior Accountant (Level 2) Permissions

Junior Accountants hold limited preparer-level access, scoped to assigned clients and jobs. They can work within jobs, mapping, coding, and building workpapers, but carry more restricted functionality than an Accountant (L4), particularly around higher-risk actions like resetting a job or deleting a client.

What an Junior Accountant can do

●       Complete Job Setup: mapping, thresholds, and uploading the TB and GL.

●       Run the automation and work through the generated workpapers.

●       Use Smart Coding, GL Scrutiny, and Manual Journals on assigned jobs.

●       Raise queries, but cannot raise or resolve Review Points or Brief Points.

●       Mark a job Ready for Review once every workpaper, query, and point is resolved.
