  1. Obtain from client or generate from accounting system.

  2. Ensure it covers the full financial year.

  3. Save or print as PDF.

S02, Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) Levy Invoice(s) [PDF]

  1. Log in to myACC or obtain from client.

  2. Ensure all ACC levy invoices for the financial year are included.

  3. Upload as PDF.

S03, ACC Levy Transaction Listing [Excel]

  1. Log in to myACC or obtain from client.

  2. Download the transaction listing for the financial year.

  3. Export as Excel.

S04, Accountancy Fees (Invoices / Activity Statement) [PDF]

  1. Obtain from the practice billing system.

  2. Include all invoices or activity statement for the financial year.

  3. Save as PDF.

S05, Other relevant documents provided by the client [PDF / Excel]

  1. Collect any additional documents from the client relevant to the job.

  2. Accept in either PDF or Excel format as provided.
