Client Portal — login & security

How clients access the Zato Client Portal, complete OTP verification, and set up their password for the first time.

The Client Portal is a secure, collaborative platform designed to make it easy for your clients to provide information, respond to queries, and manage their documents.

Client login

  1. Open the portal using the secure URL provided in the welcome email.
  2. Enter username (registered email) and temporary password.
  3. Click Sign In.

OTP verification

A one-time password is sent to the client's registered email or mobile number. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify.

Password setup (first-time users)

  1. Enter the temporary password received via email.
  2. Choose a strong, secure new password.
  3. Confirm the new password.
  4. Click Sign In to finalise setup and gain full access.
