Zato support & raising tickets
How to access the Zato support team and submit a support ticket from within the platform.
Support is available directly within the Zato portal from every screen.
Accessing support
Click the ? (Help) icon located at the bottom-right corner of any screen. Select Zato Support to access help resources, or select Feedback to provide enhancement suggestions.
Raising a support ticket
- Click the ? icon and select Zato Support.
- You will be navigated to Ticket Management.
- Click Create Ticket.
- Enter: Subject Line, Description of the problem, and attach supporting screenshots or files if needed.
- Click Create to submit.
The Zato Support team will review the request and respond within 8β9 business hours.
