GL Scrutiny - Auto-Raised Queries

Purpose

GL Scrutiny automatically raises a query for every anomaly it detects, so findings are logged in Command Centre without a reviewer raising them by hand.

●       Every anomaly detected during a GL Scrutiny run raises a query automatically, up to two queries per anomaly.

●       Each auto-raised query is created as an Internal Query or a Draft Client Query.

●       Auto-raised queries are tagged with Source: GL Scrutiny and the workpaper or account code the anomaly belongs to.

●       Auto-raised queries appear in Command Centre (firm-wide, client level, and job level) and in the Query Hub of the tagged workpaper, exactly like queries raised manually.

●       Attach a supporting document to an auto-raised query to resolve it automatically.

●       Post a Manual Journal against the anomaly to resolve its linked query automatically once the journal is posted.

●       If no action is needed, dismiss the query manually with Ignore.
