Client Groups
Link related clients, such as a family’s trust, company and personal entity, so they can be worked on together.
A client group links related clients without merging their records. Each client keeps its own record, jobs and settings.
• A group has a name, one or more member clients, and one primary contact chosen from its members.
• A client can belong to one group at a time.
• Clients that are not in any group are listed under No Group.
The Groups tab
Groups are managed from the Groups tab on the Clients screen. Each group is shown as a card with its initials, name, primary contact, member clients, and the number of entities and jobs. The card also shows a count of items that need attention, or all on track. Use Search groups & primary contacts to find a group.
