Getting Ziffy to Take Action for You

What Ziffy can create, update, or navigate to, once you confirm it.

Every action Ziffy proposes shows as an editable action card. You review and adjust it if needed, and only your explicit confirmation in that pop-up makes it happen.

Area	What Ziffy can do
Clients	Create, update, or assign a client.
Jobs	Create a job, assign a job, update a job's status.
Team	Invite a teammate.
Mappings	Map CoA accounts, TB accounts, or file categories.
Workpapers	Edit supported workpaper cells or fields.
Manual Journals	Raise a draft, unposted journal for your review; never posted automatically.
Navigation	Open a screen you have permission to see, with fields pre-filled.

If you ask for something outside your permissions, Ziffy explains why it can't do it and, where possible, offers a permitted alternative instead.
