Director (Level 6) Permissions

Directors hold the highest level of access in Zato: unrestricted, firm-wide visibility with no branch limitations.

What a Director can do

●       Access every client and job in the firm, regardless of assignment or branch.

●       Open and edit Firm Settings>Firm Details, including branches, thresholds, Rules Builder, and email settings.

●       Add, edit, and remove users, and assign any role level, including other Directors.

●       Provide final sign-off on any job.

●       View the complete permissions matrix for every role level.
