Prerequisites & System Requirements

Before logging in for the first time, make sure the following are in place.

Browser and connection

●       A modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, the latest two versions recommended.

●       A stable internet connection. Zato is fully cloud-based; there is no offline or desktop version.

●       Cookies and local storage enabled, required for session login.

Account and integration access

●       An invitation from your firm's Director or Admin to create your Zato account.

●       For firms syncing clients and jobs, an active Xero account with access to the relevant organisations.

●       Where Xero Practice Manager (XPM) is used, access to the firm's XPM account.

●       Where there are other integrations being used access them must be available
