ZBox Overview and Navigation

Zato's centralised document repository, at firm and client level.

ZBox is the firm's central document repository inside Zato, organised by client and job instead of scattered across email and local folders. It also appears in a client-scoped form on a client's own screen.

What it's for

File Browser

Browse files in a hierarchy (Firm, then Client, then Job), each shown with File Origin, Size, and Updated date.

Integrations

Connect a source (Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox) and browse its folders alongside ZBox's own storage.

Client-level ZBox

A single file can be linked to multiple jobs under the same client, eliminating repeated uploads of the same document. Depending on your permissions, files uploaded at both firm and client level can be accessed from one place.
