Internal queries & batch queries
How to manage internal queries and push them to batch for client communication.
The Internal Queries section displays both AI-flagged exceptions and manual queries raised by your team.
Internal query actions
- Ignore: Marks the query as not requiring further action. The query remains recorded but is closed from active consideration.
- Investigate: Indicates further clarification or information is required. Keeps the query active.
- Delete: Permanently removes the query. Cannot be undone.
- Add Response: Opens a conversation thread where team members can respond.
- Push to Batch: Moves the query to the Client Queries section, making it visible to the client.
Batch queries
Batch Queries are internal queries grouped together for sending to the client.
- Select multiple Internal Queries.
- Click the three lines icon at the top right of the screen.
- Choose Push to Batch.
To send to the client:
- Select the required queries in the Batch section.
- Click the three lines icon and select Send to Client, or use the Send to Client button at the bottom right.
