Client queries
When and how to raise client queries, how they are tracked, and where to create them within the platform.
Client Queries are used to formally request clarification, supporting information, or documentation directly from the client in relation to a specific job. They provide a structured and auditable communication channel within Zato.
When to raise client queries
- Additional explanation is required for a transaction
- Supporting documentation is missing
- Clarification is needed regarding balances or adjustments
- Discrepancies are identified during GL Scrutiny
- Autocoding marks transactions as Query to Client
- Reviewers request further confirmation from the client
- Further supporting documents are required for the engagement
Client Queries can be created from the Command Centre or from within a Workpaper under the Conversation Log / Review Points section.
All queries are displayed as structured conversation threads, allowing users to view and track the complete history of discussions and responses.
