Workpapers dashboard & navigation

Workpapers are the system-generated financial schedules and reconciliations produced during Zato's automation process. They include detailed calculations, reconciliations, summaries, and supporting data that substantiate the financial statements.

Dashboard views

• View as per Workpapers: Data grouped by individual workpaper schedules.
• View as per Accounts: Data grouped by GL account codes.

Status indicators

• ✔ (Tick): Reconciled — within threshold.
• ✖ (Cross): Unreconciled — variance exceeds threshold, requires attention.

Action icons

• Notes Icon: Add comments specific to the workpaper and associated account code. Tag other users, attach files. Icon turns dark blue once a comment exists.
• Print Icon: Download workpapers as PDF. Click Apply and Print, then choose format. A comprehensive print function on the dashboard generates all workpapers in a single consolidated file.
• Approve Icon: Approve the workpaper once validations are complete. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
• Calculator Icon: Perform ad hoc calculations directly within the workpaper.

Within the Notes section, you can mark a conversation as Urgent or remove it from Important using the three-dot menu at the top-right corner.
