Internal queries & batch queries

How to manage internal queries and push them to batch for client communication.

The Internal Queries section displays both AI-flagged exceptions and manual queries raised by your team.

Internal query actions

  • Ignore: Marks the query as not requiring further action. The query remains recorded but is closed from active consideration.
  • Investigate: Indicates further clarification or information is required. Keeps the query active.
  • Delete: Permanently removes the query. Cannot be undone.
  • Add Response: Opens a conversation thread where team members can respond.
  • Push to Batch: Moves the query to the Client Queries section, making it visible to the client.

Batch queries

Batch Queries are internal queries grouped together for sending to the client.

  1. Select multiple Internal Queries.
  2. Click the three lines icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. Choose Push to Batch.

To send to the client:

  1. Select the required queries in the Batch section.
  2. Click the three lines icon and select Send to Client, or use the Send to Client button at the bottom right.
