Connect handles all platform setup. What we need from you is straightforward.

Before setup, nominate your jobs upfront

  • Client names and job types going to Connect
  • Assigned manager or reviewer per job
  • Director nominated for sign-off per job
  • Any client-specific instructions

From 23 March, 6 April

  1. Email your Partner Success Manager with any Financial Year (FY)25 or FY26 jobs to start through Zato now
  2. Attend your first training session
  3. Nominate all jobs, client names, types, and budgets
  4. Confirm reviewers, staff, and nominated directors per job
  5. Complete setup call to confirm system access and firm preferences
  6. Sign off: updated contract, agreed General Ledger (GL) Scrutiny rules, system access approvals

From 6 April onwards

  1. Log into Zato when notified a job is ready for review
  2. Review workpapers, raise review points, approve client queries, sign off, all within Zato
  3. Give feedback, your input shapes Zato features and future development
