Z-Ask: Asking Ziffy a Question

Z-Ask is the default tab, and the conversational mode. Ask a question or ask for something to be done, and Ziffy answers, explains, navigates, or proposes an action, always scoped to whichever client, job, or general firm context you're in.

Suggested prompts

Chips appear below the input, for example “What should I do next?”, “Check this screen”, “Explain the numbers”, and “Take me to the work”, and change depending on the screen you're on.

Background processing and voice

A written question runs as a background task, so you can navigate away and come back to it, or cancel it while it's running. Voice mode is also available, with a microphone control and a visual cue while Ziffy is listening or responding.
