Ziffy Overview: Your AI Assistant on Every Screen

Ziffy is Zato's built-in AI assistant, present on every screen in the portal. Instead of hunting through menus, you can ask it directly what needs attention, why something's blocked, or where to go next.

What Ziffy will never do

Ziffy only reads what your own role and branch already permit, and never creates, edits, or posts anything without your explicit confirmation first.

How Ziffy knows what you're looking at

Ziffy scopes itself to whatever screen you're on, shown as a colour cue on the assistant header: red for general firm help, green for client or job setup, blue for job automation or review. Moving to a different screen updates this immediately; a job you had open earlier doesn't linger once you've left it.

Ziffy's tabs

Z-Ask, Z-Watch, and Checklist, plus controls to close the panel, pin it, start a new chat, and open chat history, and a running usage counter (for example “10 left”) showing how much of your usage allowance remains. A fourth entry point, Ask Ziffy, is available inside a job's side panel.
