Firm Details & Branding

Setting up your firm's profile, logo, and contact details.

Field	Description
Upload logo	The firm's logo, used on client-facing documents.
Firm Name	Displayed throughout the portal and on generated reports.
Terms of Engagement	The firm's standard client-facing document, with view, edit, refresh, download, and delete controls.
I accept the Zato Terms of Use	Must be selected before the firm can operate.
Primary Email / Primary Phone	Required contact details for the firm.
Registered Business Name / Contact Name	Optional.
Default Job Value	A default dollar value pre-filled on new jobs.
Tax Identifier	The firm’s tax identifier: IRD Number(NZ), linked to inland Revenue, or ABN/TFN (AU), linked to Australian Taxation Office.
Address / Suburb / Postcode	The firm's registered address.

1. Open Firm Setup from the left-hand navigation.

2. Click directly into the field you want to update, there is no separate edit mode.

3. Changes save automatically as you move between fields.
