Client Queries
How a query looks and behaves once it's with the client.
Once a query reaches Sent Client Queries, it's visible to the client through the client portal, where they can respond directly to it.
What happens after the client responds
Once the client responds, the query returns automatically to Internal Queries for your team to review and close, it doesn't sit in Sent Client Queries waiting to be manually moved back.
