Command Centre Overview
Where every open question on a job is raised and tracked.
Command Center is the firm's communication hub for a job. Every internal and client-facing query, and every review point, is traceable and resolvable from here, rather than settled informally without a record.
Where Command Center is available
At three levels: job level (a tab under Job Results, one job only), client level (under Jobs & Activity on Client Details, scoped to that client), and firm-wide (Command Center in the left navigation, covering every job, filterable by group or client). All three follow the same lifecycle.
The two things you can create directly
Two query types can be created directly, chosen at the point of creation: Internal Query or Draft Client Query. Sent Client Queries cannot be created directly, that status is only reached via Send to Client on a Draft Client Query. A Review Point (Brief Point, before Run Zato has run) can also be created directly, restricted to L5/L6 users.
Dashboard tabs
Two tabs sit at the top: Queries and Points. Within Queries, filter pills show All Queries, Internal Queries, Draft Client Queries, and Sent Client Queries, each with a live count.
Filters
Filter by group, filter by client, search queries by free text, filter by source, and narrow by date range.
Query card
Each row shows Status, Query description, Source, Sub-context, Client and Job (where applicable), FY, Date, and Actions.
How to access: Command Center in the left-hand navigation, or the Command Center tab within a job or client.
