Review Points

A Review Point, or Brief Point if raised before Run Zato has run, is a mandatory checkpoint kept separately from queries.

Who can raise and resolve

Only L5 (Manager) and L6 (Director) can raise or resolve a review or brief point. An Accountant can respond and attach evidence but cannot mark it resolved; it stays open until an L5 or L6 user closes it.

Raising a review point

1. Open Command Center, at job level or firm-wide.

2. Select the Points tab.

3. Click Raise review point.

4. Choose the level (Workpaper or Job) and describe the item.

5. Save.

Every review point and brief point on a job must be resolved before Mark Ready for Review will activate.
