FYI Docs integration

How to connect Zato with FYI Docs and map FYI jobs to Zato jobs.

The FYI Integration enables seamless connectivity between Zato and FYI Docs, allowing you to fetch and use job-related data directly within the platform.

Setting up the connection

  1. Navigate to Firm Setup and select Integration.
  2. Click Configure under FYI Docs Integration.
  3. Enter your FYI credentials: Region, Access ID, Access Secret, Application ID.
  4. Click Connect.

Once validated, the status updates to Connected.

Mapping FYI jobs

  1. Navigate to the Jobs module (ensure the client and job exist in Zato first).
  2. Select Sync FYI Jobs.
  3. Pair Zato jobs with FYI Docs entities in the mapping screen.
  4. Click Save Mappings.

To undo a mapping, click Unlink at any time.

FYI data is read-only within Zato. All updates must be made in FYI Docs. Synchronised data appears under the Data Sources tab in Job Setup.
