Firm details & branding
How to accept the Terms of Use, enter firm details, upload your logo, and register branch offices.
The first user is typically assigned the Director role and must accept the Zato Terms of Use before proceeding.
Accepting Terms of Use
- Tick the Zato Terms of Use checkbox to confirm agreement β fields remain disabled until accepted.
- Click the link to open the document in a new browser tab, or download as PDF.
Required information
- Business Name: Official name of your firm as it should appear on all records and client-facing documentation.
- Firm Logo (optional): Upload in JPG or PNG format. Appears on reports and communications.
- Email Address: Valid email for official correspondence, alerts, and notifications.
- Phone Number: Primary contact number for the firm.
- Client's Terms of Engagement: Upload a PDF copy of your firm's standard client Terms of Engagement.
Branch details
For multi-location firms, register individual branch offices by clicking + Add New Branch and providing:
- Branch Name
- Location (city and full physical address)
- Contact details (branch email and phone number)
Click Save under Actions to create the branch.
