How to add users, assign roles, and manage your team's access within Zato.

This is where you onboard your team and define how work flows through your firm.

Adding users manually

  1. Select Add User.
  2. Enter: Full Name, Email Address, Role, Contact Number, and assigned Branch.
  3. Click Save to confirm.

Key points

  • The Director is assigned Level 6 by default. This permission level is fixed and cannot be modified.
  • Other user permission levels can be updated by the Director or Admin.
  • Directors and Admins cannot modify their own permission levels.
  • The Level 1 (Admin) role can only be modified by the Director. Admin users cannot change their own level or the Director's level.

Click Permissions to view a detailed breakdown of access rights for each level in the reference panel.

Use Download Users to export the current user list and assigned roles.
