How to Resolve Out-of-Balance Workpapers Caused by Journals

1. Post the manual journal, either from the Manual Journals screen or directly from the workpaper.

2. Open the workpaper and click Sync with Partner.

3. Select Sync with Zato to refresh the Balance per GL.

4. Confirm the variance has cleared before approving the workpaper.

Never approve a workpaper while it remains out of balance; always clear the variance and sync first.
