How to Manually Add Entries to the ICA Workpaper
Entering imputation credit detail that Zato hasn't picked up automatically.
Most Imputation Credit Account (ICA) fields auto-populate from IRD data and the Taxation Due (ITD) workpaper: Opening Balance, Provisional Tax Payments, Resident Withholding Tax (RWT), Imputation Credit (Dividends), and Imputation Credit Attached to Dividend Paid.
Terminal Tax Payments, Other Credits, and Refunds are entered manually. Where a figure is missing or needs correcting, click Edit on the ICA workpaper and enter the value directly into the relevant field.
