The Shareholding (SHC) workpaper reconciles company shareholding for the year. It applies only to companies.

Data extraction

This workpaper is now updated directly through the Companies Office website. The only manual step required is attaching the Company Extract PDF as supporting.

Note: An earlier, more involved process (matching shareholder names and share counts by hand against last year's financial statements and Companies Office filings) has been retired in favour of the direct Companies Office update, and should not be documented as current behaviour.

How to access

●        Go to Jobs and open the relevant job.

●        Click the Workpapers icon or navigate to Job Results then Workpapers.
